Portions of Kinoole Street in downtown Hilo will be resurfaced over the next three weeks, starting Monday.
The resurfacing will cover 1.43 miles of Kinoole and will cost about $200,000. All roadwork will take place 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, weather permitting.
